• Pay you directly into your bank account via BACS on a weekly or monthly basis, as negotiated.
• Ensure compliance with Inland Revenue and Contributions Agency regulations.
• Allow Toby Resources to act as a third party broker between yourself and your client.
• The fee for the Payroll Service is £2.00 per hour worked.
• Limited Companies, PAYE and 714 administered.

Toby has the expertise to negotiate contracts between clients and contractors; we take the responsibility for obtaining settlement from the client and can provide our professional services should any contract problems arise.

Toby Resources will construct an agreement for your personal services which will clarify the relationship between yourself as the contractor, the client and Toby as your agent.

You can take advantage of our Payroll Service if you are currently employed by giving our details to your Personnel Manager and inviting them to arrange the setting up of your account.
