Permanent Staff
Our aim is to remove the 'chance' element from staff selection submitting only
candidates ideally suited to your particular requirements. A candidate database of
over 30,000 names provides the starting point of our selection . Cross referenced
by disciplines, skills and experience we are able to place key personnel in any
environment with confidence.
Search and Select
There are on occasions specific needs that require a more direct approach than
a database selection. We treat each of these exercises individually; considering the
particular and often unique requirements that have been called for. We commission
and oversee all necessary media selection and advertising, including design and copy
writing. This is supported with full interview facilities. These selections are
naturally confidential and are viewed, and treated, as a joint venture between
Toby Resources and our client.
Management Service
We strive to relieve companies of the involved and time consuming exercise of
interviewing and selecting key personnel. Toby Resources offers itself to be
appointed as the sole agency, giving both you and the candidates a single point
of contact. An extension to your Human Resources Division unhindered by other day
to day responsibilities. In this situation we cover every aspect from dealing with
agencies, negotiating fees, coordinating cv's to arranging and conducting interviews.
