with taxation and National Insurance regulations.
With the Payroll Service, Toby Resources acts as a third party broker for Company's
using short- or long-term technical personnel. Our service enables a Company to fulfil
its obligations under current employment law and moves the onus of payroll compliance
from the Company to Toby Resources. The service we provide is reviewed frequently to
meet all aspects of current employment interpretations.
Toby Resources can either transfer a Company's contractors to temporary employees
of Toby Resources or for us to act as a third party broker for any direct independent
contractors you may have or intend to have in the future.
Our service offers a shield against potential unfair dismissal claims, particularly
where staff recently made redundant are re-employed on a short-term basis.
The initial cost of the service can be recouped from:
- Not having staff assigned to extra payroll and administrative tasks.
- Potential saving of Employer's NIC assessed on independent contractors deemed
by the Contributions Agency to be directly employed staff.
- Payroll payments made directly into contractor's bank accounts via BACS on a
weekly or monthly basis, thus saving bank charges for your company.
